Research Interest
Using statistical and informatics approaches, Dr. Liu’s laboratory develops computational methodologies to study transcriptional, post-transcriptional and epigenetic regulation. High-throughput experimental data from multiple domains are integrated.
Dr. Liu’s laboratory is actively developing methodologies and informatics pipelines in analyzing data from next generation sequencing technology, including DNA sequencing, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and so on.
