Our subscription users get access to our library of bioinformatics tools, basic research databases, and biomedical content management systems. Subscription entails receiving a 2GB UNIX account, a MySQL account, a document management account and a wiki root page.

• Software provided includes: PSI-BLAST, BLAT, S-BLEST, SIFT, BioPerl, BioPython, LAGAN, MODELLER, CHIMERA, PYMOL, VMD, SVM-LITE, CYTOSCAPE, DOCK5, DSSP, EMBOSS, CRP, HMMER, and others.
• Databases provided include: PDB (updated weekly), UCSC Genome databases (human, mouse, rat), Ensembl Genome databases (human, mouse), SCOP, GO, DO, ASTRAL 40/60/90, HapMap, dbSNP, and others.
• Web based tools include: MediaWiki, KnowledgeTree Document Management System, and others.
