SeqMap
Mooney Lab

SeqMap is a sequence mapping tool developed with the Dinauer Laboratory in the Wells Center for Pediatric Research and the National Gene Vector Labs. This web based sequence management tool takes large numbers of genome sequences from LM-PCR or related experiments, removes user defined vector sequences, removes repeating elements and automatically maps to a reference genome.

Funding: The project is collaboratively funded through the Mooney Lab (K22LM009135), the National Gene Vector Labs (5U42RR011148-10) and the Dinauer Lab (5P01HL053586-12PPG). (Note I have attached a web figure)
